BETA MAJOR (PNEUMATIC SWING HEAD) PRESS

The Beta Major Press is the pinnacle of our Beta range. Ideally suited to high volume production environments, where exact, repeatable pressure is required, then this pneumatically operated swing away press is an absolute must have piece of equipment.

The high quality, cast aluminium LM6 press base houses the pneumatic cylinder. This means the Major has a minimal number of moving parts internally, making it highly reliable. The pressure is user controlled via a simple, adjustable manometer. Fully adjustable time and temperature are set via the touch pad display and the emergency stop button ensures safety at all times.

Another benefit of the Beta Major's pneumatic operation is that operator fatigue is kept to a minimum, even in the most high volume production environments, resulting in improved operator output and reducing mistakes due to fatigue.

Safety is paramount and the inbuilt thermal cut out on the heating element shuts off power to heating element should the temperature exceed 235°C +/- 15°C (455°F +/-27°F).
