ALPHA CALENDAR ROLL-MASTER 1.6

Roll-Master is the name for Adkins fantastic range of continuous Alpha Calender Roll-Master Presses. This top range machine has an impressive 1600 mm wide capability and lots of functionality to enable you to deliver perfect prints time after time.

A key feature of the Alpha Calender Roll-Master range, is that unlike other similar models available on the market that are electrically shoe heated, the Alpha Calender Roll-Master 1.6 boasts a 420 mm diameter sealed, oil filled drum heating system for superior heat distribution and image transfer with minimal power consumption. This means that producing long continuous production runs, where the first print identically matches the last print, is easily achievable.

The Alpha Calender Roll-Master 1.6 is supplied as standard, with 3 feed rollers and 3 take-up rollers and is top drum or table fed, using the supplied table. This enables you to simultaneously run a protection paper, printed paper and textile to be printed and re-roll them again on the take off rollers, or additionally allow for items to be fed in piece-to-roll or roll-to-piece, at transfer speeds up to 2.5 m/min.

Operators remain in full control via the simple digital control panel with speed and temperature controls, fully adjustable width and tension on all feed and take off rollers and the front feeding table for ease and accuracy of loading and the emergency stop button ensures safety at all times.

Can be used with Roll-to-Roll transfer for applications such as soft signage, fashion, flags, bedding, curtains, tents, sportswear, floor coverings and personalised items.

Compliance: Manufactured and tested to comply with EC safety regulations. CE labelled.
